Other activities that are involved include welcoming of tourists in the area, developing strategies that will expand tourism, operation of tourism promotion agencies, building of more facilities that are related to tourism and marketing of other events and activities that are designed to attract more tourists. The carrying out of the activities is expected to increase economic activities in the harbor through the provision of meals, selling of gifts and other items. The stakeholders that will be involved are the promoters, advertisers and those involved in selling of gifts and other items to the tourists (Ferrell, Fraedrich & Ferrell, 2004).

Each and every applicant is expected to develop a project that will satisfy activities such as which increases tourism in the area through advertising, publication and distribution of information with the main aim of attracting more tourism (Moody, 2002). Other activities that are involved include welcoming of tourists in the area, developing strategies that will expand tourism, operation of tourism promotion agencies, building of more facilities that are related to tourism and marketing of other events and activities that are designed to attract more tourists that wil ensure that the harbor has economic benefit.

Other proposals that can be made by the applicants are open as long as they can be well defined by the applicant. The applicants can wish to define alternative levels and activities for funding that they make as their first priority with the desired amount (Moody, 2002). The second priority should aim at the minimum amount that is acceptable. The applicants should include the definition in the difference in the level of services that they are able to provide in the two priorities that they included.
