On the other hand, billions of customers worldwide choose Kimberly’s products because of the satisfaction they get from these products. The company is known for its massive production of personal care products. However, the company operates in three different segments. They are the personal care where the company produces products like diapers for example Huggies, Pull-Ups and feminine care products like Kotex. Moreover, the company manufactures consumer tissues, paper towels among many other household items. Finally, the K-C professional deals in items like the WypAll commercial wipe (Annacchino, 2007). The company produces most of its products through sustainable wood fiber as the company is environment friendly. This therefore helps in recycling of the packaging as well as discovers ways to carry on the resources people enjoy every day from generation to generation. Consequently, it is the duty of all leaders and employees of Kimberly-Clark to treat the planets resource with care and consideration and to build sustainability in every facet of the business. The importance of innovation at Kimbelry-Clark is that it is the key to survival and success for the company. This is because today, due to globalization, competition has become stiff and this calls for companies to come up and develop products that meet the ever changing needs of the consumers as well as ensure that the company achieves its desired goals and objectives. In addition, consumer needs change more often and the spending habits of consumers drive the need for the company to innovate (Annacchino, 2003). Consumers are always reassessing value therefore the company is obliged to innovate to bring true value to the market. Moreover the company is continuously innovating essentials for a better life for people across the world. Innovations will continue to take place at Kimberly-Clark as they are striving to become more responsive to the consumer and the end users needs. The company is open to new and innovative ways to increase the market value and continuous improvement with new product solutions (Trott, 2008). This entails acquiring new technologies as well as leverage on strategic partnerships and alliances to help create a healthy environment through the promotion of hygiene solutions. Kimberly-Clark encourages consumers to discover the evolution of the company’s innovative products that are used on a daily basis. Germs surround the environment that people live in. Harmful bacteria and other bacteria’s can be carried from one place to another. This includes the home, in the office and basically everywhere where people are. Germs spread very fast and therefore proper hygiene is required both at home and at the work place. It is a high time for Kimberly-Clark to come up with a new division of antiseptic wet wipes that will help kill and prevent spread of germs as well as help people to sustain high standards of hygiene. Moreover, the best way to stop the spread of germs is through practicing good hygiene all the time. The antiseptic wet wipes will help a great deal as persons of all ages can use it. In addition, the antiseptic wet wipes are portable and can be carried by all persons everywhere. For example, when a mother has gone to a function with her baby they do not have to worry about changing huggies because they can always use the wipes to clean their hands before and after changing the diaper. In addition, at home, mothers can wipe their hands with the antiseptic wipes before they handle or prepare food. Kimberly Clark vision is to unleash the power through their quality products. The mission statement for this new product should be to promote a happier and healthy human life. This will help safeguard the health of families worldwide through the provision of better personal care products that promote hygiene. This product is differentiated from other products, as it is unique because the wipes contain antiseptic whose purpose is to celebrate life everyday everywhere hygienically. In addition, the other brands are basically plain tissues, diapers and sanitary towels. The antiseptic wet wipes addresses customer needs and achieves competitive advantage by making people’s lives easier and more hygienic. The end user does not need to use water to be clean. The wet wipes can go a long way in ensuring that people continue practicing good hygiene wherever they are. For instance mothers can use the antiseptic wet wipes to protect the lives of their loved ones. Additionally, at home, kids can use the antiseptic wet wipes before having their meals. Mothers can ensure that the family members have the antiseptic wet wipes with them. For instance, children should carry the wipes with them to school and ensure that they use the wipes every time before and after they have a meal. The antiseptic wet wipes can protect families from serious infections and this is the reason parents should ensure that family members use the wipes every time before and after visiting the toilet and also before they eat. Kimberly-Clark cam be on a competitive edge if they decide to manufacture this product because at the end of the day the company will have met its desired goals and objectives. The vision statement for this new division should be to help people enjoy life and offer an affordable solution to health care. Moreover, the business model to be used for this product is the selling of quality and affordable antiseptic wet wipes. This can be done through free give a ways upon purchase of any Kimberly- Clark’s products; this can be done in the stage where the product is introduced in the market. The use of promotions, advertising on billboards and posters as well as through social media platforms can be a good strategy for creating awareness for the brand. Through technology the company can make massive sales because almost everybody in today’s world can assess the internet. Buying and selling of products through the internet is the way to go as people are more interested in doing business online. Therefore, the company can use the social media platforms to make sales and create awareness. In addition, the company can position the product to provide value to customer’s money. The future of the brand should be bright as this can be done by keeping the product active and alive and ensuring that the product remains top of mind for every consumer (Mital, 2008). The mission, vision and values of Kimberly-Clark resonate with that of the new brand division as they both revolve around achieving the set goals and objectives of the company as well as meet the needs of the consumers. The company is on a competitive edge as they are always looking for ways to improve and innovate products that are readily acceptable in the society. In addition, they both advocate for the provision of personal care products to all persons and to make people live happier. The vision, mission and values guide the division’s strategic direction as they show that the new division is passionate about consumers and the passion to provide healthcare services for all persons. In addition, the division intends to be active globally to ensure that all people are able to assess the product. Consequently, the division gets guidance on being the number one product to promote health care service to all. The guiding principles include the administration of quality products to all persons as well as come up with innovative programs to meet the changing consumer needs. In addition, the new division is keen at obtaining the highest return in the divisions’ investment portfolio to survive, and grow in a safe and highly competitive market. Some of the divisions’ values include the provision of quality products that serve all people. Additionally the division is striving to be the best by setting high standards that the team works hard to achieve and even exceed. In addition, the division ensures that every person is accountable for their actions, risks, results as well as outcomes. Moreover, individuals are allowed to make sound decisions through good judgment and collaboration and come up with solutions that contribute to the desired results. The division also acts in all its endeavors in a professional manner and has honest mindset. Moreover it is ethical while dealing with all people as well as follows the book rules. Lastly, the division advocates for respect where all persons are expected to treat others with kindness and humility. Additionally, the division advocates for valuing people and recognizing individuals for their unique strengths and contributions. Understanding other people and actively listening to what they are saying is also valuable in the division. References Annacchino, M. (2003).
