I would like to introduce myself with great enthusiasm to join the elite group of learning group associated here for the coming two years to work together. I feel honored to say I have been a science graduate with a bachelor’s degree in dentistry from xxxxxxxxxx College of Medical Sciences of xxxxxx. The years of my course of graduation have evidently helped me to build a professional fitness and I am thankful to my teachers and the entire college for that. I got selection in the campus placement in the final year and started working as a junior dentist at xxxxxxxxx hospital in 2003 and rendered my services to the organization for one year.

From there I got better offer from three different hospital groups in the subsequent years with promotional benefits and I chose to work for different employers considering my financial benefit as well as professional growth. Presently I have 6 years of continuous work experience as a dentist with considerable ability to manage a hospital for dentistry. I would like to say that my skill sets and personal endeavor have favored me sufficiently for achieving the Managing Dentist’s position in every new organization I worked as part of shift of my job locations.

During the years of my work, my employers were happy for my abilities to monitor the management of the clinic for better revenue to the owners of the business while keeping the clients happy. Beyond being a good doctor, it should be the merit of my attitudes that I was able to maintain a leader’s position in the team with the approval of all my fellow doctors and the clinical crew. I think I am good team player with much flexibility to listen and resolve disputes among the team without loud voice.

I believed in the principles of being reliable and dignified and always had my own opinions with strong reasons. My experience and examinations during the past years of working have taught me the values of team effort in building new challenges and forming resolutions for the benefit of individual expertise. I believe in the fact that dentistry, like any other sciences, is a lab based education; therefore it has unlimited scope for team based learning. I know that a learning team is as much as working individually at specified topics and discussing personal experience in a group to find desirable results and matching their relevance with the findings and objectives of research materials.

I promise to work for the best effect of my team because of the research experiences I have had from the four years of schooling in dentistry as well as the teamwork at different organizations. All the more I promise that my reliability and team spirit will match with the conditions required for the research work while keeping the heartfelt affiliation to the ethics of dentistry and the common objective. I strongly believe that a great leader has to be a good team member and be dependable and consistent during the times of emergency to take responsibilities.

As a final line I would like to reassure my unconditional endeavor to develop the overall group by considering the achievements of the team beyond my personal benefits. I will contribute all my efforts to keep the spirit of the team ignited and add my share in the learning process with due regards for the entire team. As a delighted team member, I will continue to show high regards for the prestige of the school throughout my career.
