The next milestone is construction. This is also an essential part of the project. To ensure proper monitoring of the construction, some Bright Build Team members will be visiting the site and having a one-on-one communication with the builders on site. This will ensure that the project advances according to the plan and that it stays within the schedule and the budget. The third major milestone is exterior landscaping. This will be followed closely to ensure that the landscaping has been done according to the plan and that it is eco-friendly.

After landscaping has been completed the building team will clear the site a milestone that is expected to take one day. The entire site will be cleaned, all site facilities collected and the final walk through.Finally the Bright and Build team will carry out the final review of the project. The final review is the stage where the success of the project will be determined. The team will evaluate whether the project was completed within the projected budget. Here the projected budget will be checked against the actual budget.

There will be a meeting held internally with the building team. In the meeting, the entire project will be discussed. Then the team will hold a meeting with the client. Here the client is expected to express his satisfaction or present any complain if there is. The project documents will then be archived for future reference. The theory to be used in reviewing the success of the project will be quadruple constraints. In this theory, Venn diagrams will be used. The Venn diagrams assess the project on the basis of the client requirements (Belout and Gauvreau, 2004).

The main objective of the Bright Build team is to ensure maximum client satisfaction. This will be by ensuring that the project is completed within the budget. Consumer satisfaction will be increased if the project does not consume more money than the client had budgeted for. Therefore, if the project stays within the budget, it will be one indicator hat the project was successful. It will indicate that the materials were used effectively and efficiently. It will also
