In fact, it is healthy to express feelings of anger once they manifest in one way or another. Different people have different personalities and ways of handling their anger. The environment in which people interact with different aspects shapes their behavior and the way they react to different aspects or stimuli. As a result different communities have different anger issues that are determined by the general environment and issues unique to that community. Anger may be caused by different aspects or encounters that human beings have. Introduction As a psychological aspect, different people handle anger issues differently. This is the reason why some may develop long term complications in the long term and may require psychiatric attention. Due to the complexity of anger management issues, some people who require anger management therapy usually visits specialists who analyze their situations and counsel them on how best they can manage their problem. When anger is not controlled, individuals are capable of doing regrettable acts that may cause harm to themselves and others as well. Just like any other community, Dubai has its environment and way of life that shapes the behaviors of those who live there. Anger management issues often arise from aspects of culture, religion, families, and the general environment n Dubai. As a result, trained personnel to deal wit anger management issues have to have an understanding of the environment in Dubai in order to effectively deal with individual cases (Al-Mahmoud, 2009).. Though it is crucial for specialists to scrutinize and understand individual cases, it is important to understand the way of life of the community and the environment which they live in. this makes understanding of people and factors which may have contributed to anger management issues. Question 1 (a) Anger management is often seen as a disorder that needs rectifying. This is the reason why scientists and researchers have come up with anger management solutions to apply on individuals who have such problems. In Dubai, there are specialists who deal with anger management and mental problems issues. They are diverse and treatment depends on the type of rage control issues that individuals have. Being a conservative society, the issues of mental disorders and anger management is taken seriously both by community and health authorities. Psychiatrists based in the city deal with such problems in different capacities and extents. Whether private or government controlled institutions, anger management is handled in various ways by these specialists. Anger and rage issues often lead to other health complications such as heart and depression disorders. In this case, doctors have to analyze the situation of each individual in order to prescribe necessary treatment. Patients may require specialized attention to deal with other complications that accompany anger issues. Apart from psychiatric treatment, counseling and medication is a common route fro treatment. Further, the establishing the root of the problem is done in order to rectify individual ways of life through managing the environment which they live in. for instance, close family members may also need counseling and advice on how to deal with the person suffering from anger management and mental problems. Adjusting the environment is often used to create an atmosphere which is conducive for patients in a manner that will enable behavioral change and recovery from the problem (Nelson, & Low, 2011).In addition to these dire situations may require confinement into psychiatric facilities for different periods of time depending on the urgency of the situation. Anger and mental patients are usually prone to committing crimes and hence require monitoring from relevant authorities in Dubai. There are legal outlines which dictate how such patients should be handled both in a social and legal perspective. The aim is to avoid victimizing them for their actions which most of the times are as a result of their medical conditions. The social aspect also ensures that once the patients are released to the community, they can become productive citizens free of anger management issues and complications (Cahn & Abigail, 2007). (b) In most communities, anger issues may not be recognized as illnesses like other disorder. This poses a risk where anger patients are victimized by society as being immoral and inconsiderate. This is the case in Dubai as it is a conservative society with strict and stringent cultures. The social laws in Dubai pose a danger of discriminating such people and even confining them in jails as a result of their actions. There need to be an understanding of this group of people and recognition of anger management disorders like other ailments. Sensitization of communities through education and mobilization is necessary in order to enhance recognition as a problem that needs facilitation and support from all stakeholders. Further, prevention of anger management problems is crucial in managing it in the long term and minimizing the likelihood of occurrence. The government in collaboration with specialists should do more in educating people and providing support services to those who need help in managing rage and anger issues (Siddiqi, 2011). Individual do not have to wait until thy experience anger management problems so that they can seek help. In Dubai there are institutions that offer courses son anger management in a social or work related situation. This has come up due to the recognition that the contemporary environment in Dubai is hectic. As a result, the likelihood of stress related disorders and anger are becoming common. Training people on how to manage their lives sin different aspects and portfolios is necessary in order to avoid anger related complications. People in Dubai may not realize that stress related anger may cause loss of jobs, breaking of families and social ties. Individuals need to realize what triggers their anger and what remedies are available to them in different situations of their lives (Faupel, Herrick, & Sharp, 2010). Question 2 Due to the hectic situation of life in Dubai today, anger issues have been on the rise. People are finding themselves in situations where stress and anger complications are commons. This is as a result of the rise in expectations that people have to meet in terms of daily responsibilities. Society is increasingly putting people under a lot of pressure in a bid to fulfill dial responsibilities at work, homes and in the community. The issue is increasingly gaining recognition as a way of managing different portfolios that individuals have. Specialists all over the world have raised an alarm over the increase of anger related complications over the past few years. Other disorders that are related to it have also been on the rise. Such cases include mental illnesses and the incidences of suicidal acts. Crime has also been on the increase as a result of anger management disorders. Dubai being a busy city and a hub fore many activities, such cases are common in the community. However, the need to rectify the situation is being recognized by different stakeholders and hence efforts to control it form various perspectives have been initiated. For instance, anger management training in institutions and organizations has been advocated for as a way of making change where people interact socially (Singh et al, 2007). Role of government Anger issues are of different degrees. There are simple cases of anger issues that every individual experiences in their day to day life. This is regarded as healthy as along as it does not cause harm to oneself or others. As a result, there a re laws set by the government to control the general conduct of people in Dubai. Acts of aggression are punishable by law and majority of individuals realize this. The other category of anger is one that is regarded as a mental illness or disorder, the government has health institutions that have psychiatric units to deal with such cases. Just like other patients, there are laws that safeguard the rights of anger management patients. First, such people need to be analyzed by qualified personnel who establish their mental conditions. Thereafter, patients are accorded necessary treatment and support services provided by the government. The government is also dedicated by sponsoring medical trainees in psychological fields to deal with such mental disorders. Policy measure to handle anger management patients are set by health authorities in collaboration with medial doctors who are qualified in the field (Al-Krenawi, Graham, Dean, & Eltaiba, 2004). Government authorities are also charged with responsibility of coming up with strategic plans to deal with cases of anger management in different capacities and perspectives. Conclusion Anger management is a crucial issue in the Dubai and in the world as a whole. Cases of anger related incidences have been on the rise in Dubai. Being a religious and conservative society, the issue is not widely recognized and hence the existence of some gaps. However, advocacy of the situation is gaining momentum in a bid to create a harmonized society where anger related issues are kept at bay. The government as well as private practitioners are charged with the responsibility of identifying patients and safeguarding their rights as well.
