Research has shown that most American are in poor health, and this affects all groups of people. However, the effect is severe for tribal and ethnic minorities within the United States. Moreover, the minority are the least people who are insured and have lesser access to quality health care services than other Americans.

The issue above may be aggregated by income, insurance coverage and level of education (Mead et al. 2008).Women within the United States tend to earn lesser than their counterpart males. This has been connected to the work that has to be done (Azmon, 2003, 105). Jobs done by women have been confirmed to be paying lesser than those done by men, and this brings the difference in level of incomes (Chant, 2010, 418).In an effort to fight global poverty, the United States of America is promoting equitable economic growth and developing institutions that are democratic (Møller, 2011, 379).

The other measure is promoting political stability and gender balance. Therefore, this research will seek to find out social mobility, racial disparity in healthcare, income gap between genders and fighting global poverty within the United States.
