One of the things to put in mind before you start a training program is that weight accumulates in the body over a period. To attain results, the client has to be patient. One would need hard work plus commitment as well as dedication in order to get results. Another point to keep in mind is that, the program has to be systematic. Exercise is a form of stress to the body and therefore requires professional help in order to rip the desired results. The main objectives of this program are agility, weight loss, developing a leaner body and strength.

The program is a three and four days a week training plan. The program is in 2 phases, thus; phase 1 and phase 2. The first phase take at least 1 - 4 weeks; the second phase should last at least 5 – 8
