METHOD
In terms of the study: Who participated? What did the researcher(s) ask the participants to do? What research method did they use? (Survey, Correlational, Experiment …)
The participants of the research were pupils and were broken down into two sections and were enrolled in a course of human psychology; these participants comprised mainly of the female gender and were taking this course as a prerequisite for programs such as nursing and programs related to the field of psychology. These two sections of pupils were assigned quizzes and one of the sections had to complete the quiz within a time frame of 15 minutes and the other section had no time limit and the quiz was open book.
RESULTS
The findings: What was the answer to the research question?
The researchers figured out that if time limits are assigned while conducting quizzes, students end up performing better than those students who had no time limit to answer the quizzes. This research proved that those quizzes that are taken on the basis of quizzes to learn do not enhance performance.

DISCUSSION
Application: How can we use this information? What value does it have?
The research concluded that if quizzes are taken in a time limit format, where students have a set assigned period of time to complete their quiz, their performance enhances.
